The Venetian pasta.

Similar to thick Spaghetti, Bigoli is rougher and more rustic. What is more, they are so firmly rooted in the culture of the region, that in local parlance, “let’s go eat” is often shorthand for “let’s go have Bigoli”.

Ingredients : Durum wheat semolina, water.  Organic farming. May contain traces of soymustard and lupin.
Recommendation for use : For best results, drain the pasta 1-2 minutes early, then continue cooking in the sauce. If necessary, add a cup of cooking water to make your dish even creamier.
Try it with : Its traditional accompaniment of anchovy and onion sauce, or a full-bodied duck ragù.
Cooking time : 10-12 minutes.
