Ingredients : Durum wheat semolina, water.  Organic farming. May contain traces of soymustard and lupin.
Recommendation for use : Bring the water to the boil, add the salt, and tip in the pasta. Wait 1 minute, then stir gently every so often. Cook for 13-14 minutes. Drain, dress and serve. For best results, cook in plenty of water and stir gently every so often.
Try it with : A ricotta and spinach filling, covered in béchamel and a grating of parmesan, then baked in the oven.
Cooking time : 13-14 minutes.
