This Neapolitan pasta shape takes its name from the sound “”pac””, reminiscent of a “”pacca”” or a hearty pat on the back. Large and thick, it captures the best of the culinary tradition of the city at the foot of Mt. Vesuvius.

Ingredients : Durum wheat semolina, water.  Organic farming. May contain traces of soymustard and lupin.
Recommendation for use : Bring the water to the boil, add the salt, and tip in the pasta. Wait 1 minute, then stir gently every so often. Cook for 13-14 minutes. Drain, dress and serve. For best results, cook in a large pot with plenty of water.
Try it with : A seafood sauce, sausage and mushroom sauce, or a vegetable ragù.
Cooking time : 13-14 minutes.
