Ingredients : Durum wheat semolina, water.  Organic farming. May contain traces of soymustard and lupin.
Recommendation for use : Bring the water to the boil, add the salt, and tip in the pasta. Wait 2 minutes, then stir gently every so often. Cook for 13-15 minutes. Drain, dress and serve. For best results, cook in a large pot with plenty of water.
Try it with : Amatriciana sauce or clams and bottarga.
Cooking time : 13-15 minutes.
